Release Information for TMS - version 14.6.2 - Release Date: April 12, 2023
Introduction
This document describes the changes that have been made in this release of the TMS system. Please make sure to read this entire document and make any changes to your processes and procedures as necessary.
Functionality Incorporated into this Release
This release incorporates the following changes:
Administrator Review
Feature Description
Administrators can now review output assets that have been rejected and tag the version with a reason for the rejection and the source of the issue. This is so that they can report analytics on the source of the issues.
Who Does This Affect?
Administrators only, this functionality is not visible to other user roles.
What Does This Mean to Me?
As an Administrator, when viewing a proof that has been rejected you can select a Category and the Source of the error. This information can be included in the new Output Assets reports (see below).
Output Assets Reports
Feature Description
Administrator users can now create reports that include information about the Output Assets, including the new error category and source fields.
Who Does This Affect?
Administrators Only.
What Does This Mean to Me?
The Reports page now has a new section for creating Output Assets reports. As for the other report types, the reports can be created for personal use or made available (public) for use by other users.
Download Jobs Dashboard
Feature Description
Users can now download the data displayed on the Jobs dashboard as an XLSX file.
Who Does This Affect?
All Users.
What Does This Mean to Me?
The Jobs dashboard can now be exported and downloaded as an XLSX file by clicking the Download button displayed on the page. The export will include all the data from the currently displayed table, so will take into account any filters or sort parameters that have been used.
