Release Information for TMS - version 14.2 - Release Date: December 17, 2019
Introduction
This document describes the changes that have been made in this release of the TMS system. Please make sure to read this entire document and make any changes to your processes and procedures as necessary.
Additional Products Needed
This version of the TMS can be used with the Media Adaptation Tool (MAT) version 6.0.3 and above.
Functionality Incorporated into this Release
This release incorporates the following changes:
Add Attachments to Notes on Title Translations
Feature Description
When translating titles, users can now attach files to notes on translations.
Who Does This Affect?
Administrators and territory users with the necessary permissions.
What Does this Mean to Me?
A new Upload section has been added to the Notes dialog. You can use this to attach files such as legal documents to the translation.
New IBM Aspera Connect Uploader
Feature Description
A new version of the IBM Aspera Connect application must be installed along with a browser extension (if you are using Chrome or Firefox).
Who Does This Affect?
All users who use Aspera to transfer files to/from the TMS.
What Does this Mean to Me?
When you try to use Aspera you will be diverted to the Download Aspera Connect Client page which will provide links to the Aspera download and the extension. Download the file(s) and install them, then restart your browser.
Upload Files up to 10GB
Feature Description
Upload of files up to 10GB (previously 5GB) is now supported.

Anyone uploading files
What Does this Mean to Me?
You can now upload files up to 10GB in size.
