Release Information for TMS - version 14.1 - Release Date: October 30, 2018
Introduction
This document describes the changes that have been made in this release of the TMS system. Please make sure to read this entire document and make any changes to your processes and procedures as necessary.
Additional Products Needed
This version of the TMS can be used with the Media Adaptation Tool (MAT) version 6.0.3 and above.
Functionality Incorporated into this Release
This release incorporates the following changes:
Order Preview
Feature Description
Users ordering assets can now see a preview of how the asset would look at the selected dimensions.
Who Does This Affect?
Administrators and territory users with the necessary permissions.
What Does this Mean to Me?
A new Preview button has been added to the ordering form which allows you to see the selected asset at the requested dimensions.
Within the Order Element Preview you can adjust the dimensions of the frame to see how the asset would look and then size the image to fit within the frame.
Note that the aspect ratio of the image cannot be changed.
Output Type Changed to Keyart Type
Feature Description
The Output Type field on an element is now inherited from the job and the name has been changed to Keyart Type.
Who Does This Affect?
All users.
What Does this Mean to Me?
The Keyart Type is now set at the job level when creating/editing the job and the value is passed down to the element.
Note: It is not possible to have different keyart types within a job.
Bug Fix: Remove Formatting from Pasted Translations
Bug Description
When pasting text into the job translation field, if the text was pasted from a structured tool like Microsoft Word or Excel, hidden formatting data was being pasted along with the translated text, causing inconsistent results.

Translators
What Does this Mean to Me?
When pasting text the system will now automatically strip any formatting. You will need to apply the formatting using the tools in the system if it is needed.
Bug Fix: Allow Cancelled Order to be Re-ordered
Bug Description
If an order had been placed for an elemant and then the order cancelled, the element could not be re-ordered.

Users ordering assets.
What Does this Mean to Me?
Elements with orders that had been cancelled can now be re-ordered.
