Release Information for TMS - version 13.8.0 - Release Date: June 6, 2017
Introduction
This document describes the changes that have been made in this release of the TMS system. Please make sure to read this entire document and make any changes to your processes and procedures as necessary.
Additional Products Needed
This version of the TMS can be used with the Media Adaptation Tool (MAT) version 6.0.3 and above.
Functionality Incorporated into this Release
This release incorporates the following changes:
Output Type Tags
Feature Description
Job elements can be tagged as being of a particular output type, such as Teaser, Payoff, etc.
Who Does This Affect?
All campaign users.
What Does this Mean to Me?
When you access a campaign job element you will be able to see the output type tag for that element.
If you are a power user you will be able to add the relevant tag to each element when you add or edit the element. The actual values for the Output Types are defined in the Global Settings.
The Elements Per Campaign analytics report has been changed so that it now shows the Output Types per campaign.
Show Usage on Dashboard
Feature Description
The Usage information is now shown against each item on the Jobs dashboard.
Who Does This Affect?
Administrators and Power Users.
What Does this Mean to Me?
The Usage column on the Jobs dashboard will help you identify the correct output required for the element.
Core Asset Larger Than 5GB Warning
Feature Description
A warning message will be displayed if a user attempts to upload a file larger than 5GB into the Core Assets.
Who Does This Affect?
Users with the core asset upload permission.
What Does this Mean to Me?
If you try to upload a file larger than 5GB into the Core Assets, a warning message will be displayed and will inform you that this is not possible.
More Event Logging
Feature Description
The system now stores information about milestone change events.
Who Does This Affect?
No visible effect on the users.
What Does this Mean to Me?
This is to help track milestone change issues. It will help the system administrators step through the events to see what has caused the changes.
