Release Information for TMS - version 13.5.0 - Release Date: February 15, 2017
Introduction
This document describes the changes that have been made in this release of the TMS system. Please make sure to read this entire document and make any changes to your processes and procedures as necessary.
Additional Products Needed
This version of the TMS can be used with the Media Adaptation Tool (MAT) version 6.0.3 and above.
Functionality Incorporated into this Release
This release incorporates several enhancements to functionality and bug fixes.
Contact Sheets
Feature Description
Allow users to display all the thumbnails of the elements that have been approved for the selected campaign in a selected language.
Who Does This Affect?
Administrators/Power Users
What Does this Mean to Me?
You can now create contact sheets of all approved elements for a campaign. The new Approved Elements option is available from the tab bar on the campaign. Clicking this will allow you to select a country-language and then display all the elements that have been approved.
Wider Campaign Tiles
Feature Description
Widen the campaign tiles on the Campaigns view.
Who Does This Affect?
All users.
What Does this Mean to Me?
The size of the tiles in the Campaigns view has been increased to allow for larger campaign names.
Match Destination to Input Asset Name
Feature Description
When uploading assets, the Destination field now shows the elements in the following format:
<Language> <Job number> <Element Code> - <Element Dimensions> - <Ratio>
Who Does This Affect?
MAT Operators and other users uploading output assets.
What Does this Mean to Me?
The new naming format should match the asset name format.
Titles - Cosmetic Changes
Feature Description
UI changes to the Titles UI.
Who Does This Affect?
Users with access to Titles.
What Does this Mean to Me?
The header row for the Translated Titles table is now shown with a blue background on all the pages and the Local Translation field now shows in the format:

Auto Log Off
Feature Description
For security reasons you now need to log into the system every day.
Who Does This Affect?
All users.
What Does this Mean to Me?
The system now allows a maximum session length of eight hours, after which you must re-authenticate. Because you are using Core-ID, this means that in normal use the system will automatically re-authenticate with the Core-ID server up to a 23-hour limit and after that point you will need to login to Core-ID again.
Aspera
Feature Description
The system has been updated to use the lastest version of Aspera faspex.
