Release Information for TMS - version 13.2.0 - Release Date: May 25th, 2016
Introduction
This document describes the changes that have been made in this release of the TMS system. Please make sure to read this entire document and make any changes to your processes and procedures as necessary.
Additional Products Needed
This version of the TMS can be used with the Media Adaptation Tool (MAT) version 6.0.3 and above.
Functionality Incorporated into this Release
This release incorporates several enhancements to functionality and bug fixes.
Core Asset File Size
Feature Description
Show files size of core assets in preview.
Who Does This Affect?
All users with access to core assets.
What Does this Mean to Me?
When you hover your mouse over a core asset thumbnail the preview window now shows the file size of the core asset.
Notes in Core Asset Notifications
Feature Description
Any notes associated with a core asset are now included in the core asset notifications.
Who Does This Affect?
All users receiving core asset notifications.
What Does this Mean to Me?
The email sent when a new core asset or version is uploaded, or when the core asset changes state, will now inlude any notes associated with the asset.
Text Change
Feature Description
Change 'Referrer' in the New User Registration form/email to 'Person who Referred'.
Who Does This Affect?
New users and administrators.
What Does this Mean to Me?
The New User Registration form and email now refer to 'Person who Referred'.
Title Translation Field Name Changes
Feature Description
In the Titles tab, change 'Local Translation (Title Case)' to 'Local Translation (Type in Initial Caps)'; and change 'Local Translation (ALL CAPS)' to 'Local Translation (Type in ALL CAPITAL letters)'.

All users with access to the title translation edit page.
What Does this Mean to Me?
The column headers are now more explicit about what is needed.
Force Entry of ALL CAPS Title Translation
Feature Description
Automatically Force Local Translation (All Caps) to UPPERCASE.
Who Does This Affect?
Users providing title translations.
What Does this Mean to Me?
The Local Translation (All Caps) field now automatically changes the text to uppercase characters, even if it is entered in lowercase.
Allow Duplicate Title Translation if All Caps is Different
Bug Description
If a translation is rejected because the ALL CAPS version is incorrect, the translator cannot then create a new entry with the same translation but a corrected all caps version.
Fix
The system now allows for duplicate entries providing either the translation or all caps version is different.
