Who Does This Affect?

What Does this Mean to Me?

If you are an administrator you must give the user the Territory Ordering permission before they can place any orders.

If you are a territory user, once the administrator has given you the permission, they can make jobs available for you to order from selected campaigns. Feature Description

A new process facilitates the order request and approval of the order.

Who Does This Affect?

Administrators and territory users.

What Does this Mean to Me?

The ordering process is as follows:

  1. Administrator makes jobs available to order by the territory users.
  2. Territory user can order either a pre-defined element or a new size.
  3. When placing the order they can add notes and also include a rush date if required.
  4. Administrator can approve, reject or change an order.
  5. If they change the order they can change the rush date, move it to a different job and/or have a discussion with the territory about the request.
  6. When they approve the order, if the order is for an existing element size it will be added to the job.
  7. If the order is for a new size the administrator will have to supply the extra information before the element can be added.
