Introduction
This document describes the changes that have been made in this release of the TMS system. Please make sure to read this entire document and make any changes to your processes and procedures as necessary.
Additional Products Needed
This version of the TMS can be used with the Media Adaptation Tool (MAT) version 6.0.3 and above.
Functionality Incorporated into this Release
This release incorporates a completely new login system called Core-ID. This offers enhanced security and more flexible user management for cross-system support.
New Login Page
Feature Description
Core-ID has replaced the previous login system and presents a new login page.
Who Does This Affect?
All users.
What Does this Mean to Me?
When you try to access the TMS you will be redirected to the Core-ID login page at https://core-id.net.
Core-ID uses your email address to identify you, rather than your username. Enter your email address and Core-ID password to login.
Your Core-ID is shared across multiple systems that use the Core-ID login system. This means that once you are logged into one system you don't need to login to the others. Similarly, when you log out of one Core-ID system you will be logged out of all of them.
New User Profile Page
Feature Description
The Profile page allows users to change their name, job title, timezone and password.
Who Does This Affect?
All users.
What Does this Mean to Me?
The Profile page, accessible by clicking the Edit Profile link within the TMS and then clicking the CORE-ID profile link, allows you to change your basic details as well as your login password. These changes will affect all systems that use Core-ID, not just TMS.
Note that when you change your password, password strength rules now apply and your password will need to conform to the rules.
