Release Information for TMS - version 11.4.0 - Release Date: October 15, 2014
Introduction
This document describes the changes that have been made in this release of the TMS system. Please make sure to read this entire document and make any changes to your processes and procedures as necessary.
Additional Products Needed
This version of the TMS can be used with the Media Adaptation Tool (MAT) version 6.0.3 and above.
Functionality Incorporated into this Release
This release incorporates several changes to the method by which the TMS handles file uploads and also a new address for the email sent from the system.
New Core Asset Uploader
Feature Description
The Core Asset uploader has been replaced with a newer version.
Who Does This Affect?
Anyone uploading or downloading core assets.
What Does this Mean to Me?
Assets are now uploaded directly to the system, allowing them to be downloaded immediately using either Aspera or Direct (previously there was a delay as the server replicated the data).
File uploads into Core Assets will no longer work in non-HTML 5 compliant browsers.
New Thumbnail Uploader
Feature Description
The thumbnail uploader for countries, core assets, titles and campaigns has been replaced with a newer version.
What Does this Mean to Me?
There is a slight change to the upload forms for the thumbnails, but no other obvious effect.
'From' Email Address Change
Feature Description
Mail now originates from donotreply@zoonotify.com.
What Does this Mean to Me?
Previously, system emails were sent from the tms-dont-reply@zoodigital.com address; they now come from donotreply@zoonotify.com. If you have setup any email filters to process the emails on arrival into your Inbox you will need to update your filters to reflect the new address.
