Release Info for TMS - version 11.1.0.13 - Release Date: July 4, 2013
Introduction
This release contains some minor enhancements to the TMS functionality. This document describes the changes that have been made in this release. Please make sure to read this entire document and make any changes to your processes and procedures as necessary.
Additional Products Needed
This version of the TMS can be used with the Media Adaptation Tool (MAT) version 6.0.3 and above.
Aspera Upgrade
Aspera faspex is software that facilitates the high-speed download of assets over the Internet. A new Aspera client is available to use with the site.
Who Does This Affect?
This change can potentially affect all users, although your TMS must be configured for Aspera and you must have the Aspera client software installed to take advantage of it. If Aspera downloads are not configured for your TMS then please contact your ZOO business development representative who will be happy to discuss your requirements with you.
What Does this Mean to Me?
If you do not have Aspera then this change will not affect your use of the TMS. If your TMS is configured to use Aspera and you receive an 'Assets Transferred' notification, then when you follow the link in the instructions you will have two download options for all core assets larger than 10MB - the normal download method and also a high-speed Aspera download. Note that Aspera is not used for assets under 10MB in size.
- To install Aspera, click the link, download the new installer and then follow the installation instructions. The Download Asset Via Aspera button will now be available to you.
- If you do not want to use Aspera, click the Do Not Use Aspera link and the message will no longer be shown. Note that you can always install it a later date by going to your user profile and selecting Enable Aspera file transfers.
The first time you perform an Aspera download you will be prompted to confirm the connection with Aspera Connect. Select the Use my choice for all connections with this host option and then click Allow.
Aspera is a registered trademark of Aspera, Inc. in the United States. faspex is a trademark of Aspera, Inc. in the United States.

A larger lightbox will be shown when you click the asset thumbnail. We have also taken the opportunity to increase the quality of new asset thumbnails.
Forget Core Asset Filters/Tags Between Pages
Previously, the core assets filters and tags were preserved within the campaign, so that when you returned to the Core Assets page your previous parameters were shown. This is now reset.
Who Does This Affect?
All users who access core assets.
What Does this Mean to Me?
If you select some tags and then go to the Translate page (or any other) or leave the campaign, on returning to the Core Assets page the tags will be wiped.
Identify if Core Asset Upload/Published Date Not Available
Core assets uploaded before the full history recording feature was introduced showed 'No files uploaded' as the event was not recorded.

All users who access core assets.
What Does this Mean to Me?
The core asset will now display an 'Upload/Published date not available' message. The history will also show 'No event history is available'.
