Release Info for TMS - version 10.8 - Release Date: April 17, 2012
Introduction
This document describes the changes that have been made in this release of the TMS system. Please make sure to read this entire document and make any changes to your processes and procedures as necessary.
Additional Products Needed
This version of the TMS can be used with the Media Adaptation Tool (MAT) version 6.0.3 and above.
Functionality Incorporated into this Release
This release contains no new major feature changes, however it does include a number of enhancements to previously released functionality and a fix to a problem identified with the To Do view for MAT Operators:
- New Notification - When Note is Added to a Title
- Add Milestone Date Reporting Fields
- Show All Assigned Tasks For a User on The To Do Lists
- Support Ticket #MUX-856-53933 Interactive PDF Ingestion
New Notification - When Note is Added to a Title
Feature/Enhancement
Titles administrators now receive a notification when a user leaves a comment on a title.
Who Does This Affect?
Title Administrators.
What Does this Mean to Me?
When a user adds a note to a title translation a notification is sent to all title administrators. The notification contains details of the title and note.
Add Milestone Date Reporting Fields
Feature/Enhancement
Milestone Target Date and Completed Date have been added to the possible fields on an output report. Performance fields have also been removed.
Title, email and company have been added to the possible fields on a user report.
Who Does This Affect?
Administrators.
What Does this Mean to Me?
Administrators will now be able to include these fields into a report.
Existing reports that contain any of the removed fields will have them removed.
Show All Assigned Tasks For a User on The To Do Lists
Feature/Enhancement
Show campaign approver and translator tasks on the admin To Do / Done lists when they are assigned to these tasks.
Who Does This Affect?
Administrators.
What Does this Mean to Me?
An Administrator user can now view campaign approver and translation tasks on their To Do list. Once the tasks are completed they will be moved to the users Done list.

Feature/Enhancement
Corrected asset ingest issue encountered on PDF's with interactive next and previous buttons.
Who Does This Affect?
Users who upload Output Assets.
What Does this Mean to Me?
Assets featuring interactive next and previous buttons should now be correctly ingested into the system.
