Jobs Dashboard Enhancement
Feature/Enhancement
The Jobs Dashboard has been enhanced to include the following functionality:
- Show the names of the assigned MAT Operators for each job.
- Allow filtering by MAT Operator.
- Allow the user to sort the table by a combination of two of the following fields:
- Campaign
- Job
- Element/SKU
- Country (Language)
- Due Date
- Status
- Sort can be Ascending or Descending.
In addition, the Job Type information is now included in the Job column, therefore filtering by Job Type is no longer possible.
Who Does This Affect?
Administrators and Power Users will be able to use the view to manage their jobs.
This view is no longer available to all other user types as they should be using the To Do view.
What Does this Mean to Me?
As an Administrator/Power User you can now see a view that shows the information about all the active jobs, their status and who is assigned to them as MAT Operators. The list is sortable and can be filtered to just show required information such as specific campaigns or jobs assigned to a specific MAT Operator.
As a Translator/Approver/Other User you no longer see the Jobs Dashboard.
Support Ticket: SKB-722-48367 - Core Assets Notifications Problem
Bug: Ticket ID: SKB-722-48367 - Core Assets: Selecting "All Countries" Sends Some Notifications to Users That Shouldn't Receive Them
Previously when adding core assets, selecting All Countries sent a notification to all relevant users rather than all the relevant users in the countries assigned to the campaign.
Who Does This Affect?
Anyone with the core asset upload permission.
What Does this Mean to Me?
The bug has now been fixed so that selecting All Countries only sends the notification to the relevant users in the countries assigned to the campaign.
